Our primary goal is to assist clients in eating good food in a conscious manner; good food being that which is nutritionally dense and properly prepared. We accomplish this goal based on your personal preferences. For some, that means having a personal chef prepare your food in your home. For others, that means developing the skills to do it on your own. {thyme to Nourish} places a special emphasis on educating and assisting people in a mindful and sustainable manner to love food, eating and cooking!
